At WedFavorCo, we know your event has a fixed date — so timing matters. This page explains how long it takes for us to prepare your personalized order and how long delivery usually takes once your package has been shipped.

All products are made to order and personalized for you. Please double-check your event date and shipping address before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Time

After you place your order, we begin preparing your personalized magnets as quickly as possible.

  • Production & preparation time: usually 1–2 business days.
  • During this time, we prepare your design, print, cut, and carefully pack your magnets.
  • All products are made-to-order and personalized based on the details you provide.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been produced and packed, it is handed over to our shipping partner.

  • Estimated delivery time after dispatch: usually 2 business days.
  • Total estimated time from order to delivery: typically within 3–4 business days in total.
  • These timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly depending on the destination and local conditions.

We always aim to dispatch your order as early as possible so that it arrives before your event date.

3. Shipping Costs

Any applicable shipping costs or free shipping offers will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your order. If your region or country has special shipping rules or additional charges, these will also be indicated where possible.

4. Order Tracking

When your order has been shipped, we will usually provide a tracking number or tracking link (where available), so you can follow your package on its way to you.

  • You will receive shipping or tracking information by email or via your order page.
  • If tracking is not available for your destination, we will still provide an estimated delivery window.

5. Address and Delivery Issues

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. We prepare and ship your package based on the address information you provide.

  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
  • Delivery attempts, local delivery rules, or collection from a pickup point are managed by the carrier.

If you notice an error in your address right after placing your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. Once production or shipping has started, we may not be able to change the address.

6. Delays and External Factors

While we do our best to meet the estimated 3–4 business day total delivery timeframe, some situations are outside our control, such as:

  • Courier delays or service disruptions.
  • Customs checks or local import procedures (if applicable).
  • Extreme weather conditions or other force majeure events.

These rare situations may extend delivery times beyond the usual estimates, but we will always do our best to assist and provide information if a delay occurs.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully pack every order to protect your personalized magnets during shipping. However, if your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us.

  • For damaged items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage.
  • For potentially lost packages, we may first open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Please note that all of our products are personalized and made-to-order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized items, except in the limited case of damaged or incorrect products caused by our error. For full details, please refer to our Distance Sales Agreement / Terms of Sale.
