Returns & Refund Policy

Because all of our products are personalized and made-to-order, we operate with a very clear and simple policy: in most cases, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Please read this page carefully before placing your order.

1. No Returns and No Exchanges

WedFavorCo specializes in personalized magnets for weddings, special occasions, and parties. Each product is printed and produced specifically according to the names, dates, and text you provide.

  • We do not accept returns for personalized products.
  • We do not offer exchanges for personalized products.
  • We do not issue refunds for a change of mind once production has started.

By placing an order, you agree that your purchase is final and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the very limited cases described below.

2. Personalization Details

We create your magnets using the exact personalization details you submit during checkout (names, dates, messages, etc.).

  • Please double-check all spelling, dates, and text before confirming your order.
  • We are not responsible for errors in the personalization information you provide.
  • Such errors (e.g. wrong date or name typo submitted by you) are not considered a valid reason for a refund or free reprint.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept general returns, we do want to fix issues if a problem occurs because of us or during shipping. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us so we can review your case.

  • Contact us in writing within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of:
    • the damaged or incorrect items, and
    • the outer packaging (if damaged).
  • If we confirm that the item was damaged in transit or produced incorrectly due to our mistake, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or another appropriate solution.

Damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or not following storage instructions is not covered.

4. Colors and Minor Variations

Please be aware that slight color differences can occur between what you see on your screen and the printed product. This is normal and depends on screen brightness, color settings, and printing processes.

Such small variations in color, alignment, or cutting are not considered defects and are not grounds for refunds or reprints.

5. Order Cancellations

Because we begin working on your personalized order very quickly after you place it, cancellations are limited.

  • If you contact us immediately after ordering, we may be able to cancel your order before production begins.
  • Once design preparation or production has started, we generally cannot cancel the order.

6. Non-Refundable Situations (Examples)

To make our policy very clear, here are some common situations where refunds or free reprints are not provided:

  • You entered the wrong name, date, or text when placing the order.
  • You changed your mind about the design, color, or quantity after production started.
  • You ordered too many or too few items by mistake.
  • Small color or tone differences between your screen and the printed product.
  • Normal wear and tear from use over time.

7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you experience an issue with your order, we kindly ask you to contact us first so we can try to help you directly. Opening a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without contacting us may slow down the resolution process.

We keep records of all orders, personalization details, and shipping confirmations, and we may provide this information to the payment provider in case of a dispute.
