This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions for purchases made from WedFavorCo ("we", "us", "our") through our online store. By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Please note: We specialize in personalized products made specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of damaged or incorrect items as explained below.
1. Parties

- Customer: The individual or legal entity placing an order through our website.
2. Scope of This Agreement
This Agreement covers the distance sale of personalized wedding, special event, and party magnets and other related products offered on our website, including the placement of orders, production of personalized items, payment, shipping, and limited conditions under which support may be provided for damaged or incorrect products.
3. Products and Personalization
We specialize in fully personalized products such as magnets customized with names, dates, and other details provided by you. The final product design is based on the information and personalization details you enter during the ordering process.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all names, dates, and text you provide are correct.
- We are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect dates, or other mistakes that originate from the information you submit.
- Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes; such minor differences are not considered defects.
4. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products under the terms of this Agreement. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order, for example in cases of suspicious activity, incorrect pricing, or lack of required information.
Once your order is confirmed and payment is successfully processed, personalization and production of your items will begin.
5. Prices and Payment
All product prices are shown on our website in the currency indicated at checkout and include or exclude taxes as stated on the product or checkout page.
- Payment is required in full at the time of placing the order.
- We use secure third-party payment providers to process your payment information.
- Orders are not put into production until payment has been successfully received.
6. Production and Shipping
Production times and estimated delivery windows are shown during checkout or in the product description. These are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (courier delays, customs processes, local holidays, etc.).
- We are responsible for preparing and dispatching your order within a reasonable time frame.
- Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, transit times are outside our direct control.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
7. No Returns and No Exchanges for Personalized Products
Because our products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, all items are considered personalized and made-to-order. For this reason:
- We do not accept returns for personalized products.
- We do not offer exchanges for personalized products.
- We do not provide refunds based on a change of mind or if you ordered the wrong quantity, color, or design after production has started.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final and non-refundable, except in the limited cases described in Section 8 (Damaged or Incorrect Items).
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Although returns and exchanges are not accepted, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item due to our error, please contact us.
- Contact us in writing within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items and the packaging.
- After reviewing your case, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or another appropriate solution.
Damage caused by incorrect handling, improper storage, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Because we begin working on your personalized design and production shortly after your order is confirmed:
- We cannot guarantee that changes to text, names, dates, or quantities can be made after the order is placed.
- We reserve the right to refuse cancellations once production has started.
10. Customer Responsibilities
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- All personalization information (names, dates, text, etc.) you provide is correct and final.
- The shipping address and contact information you provide are accurate and complete.
- You have the necessary authorization to use any text, names, or other content you submit.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, layouts, graphics, and product photos displayed on our website remain the property of WedFavorCo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used for any purpose without our prior written consent.
12. Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to that specific purchase. We recommend reviewing this page periodically for any updates.
